She has Polish blood in the veins, but her work has led her to live both near the Eiffel Tower and in Japan. Following a career as a model, she is now a key figure on the international fashion scene; and in the role of art director, she is responsible for marketing and discovering new fashion trends.
Aldona Gdowska Przylipiak is a Pesavento woman, and our new brand ambassador. “I’m so excited to be an ambassador for the Pesavento brand, both because of the style and sophistication of their creations, but especially for the shared values of Pesavento and those who wear its jewellery.” This was the first reaction from Aldy, as we like to call her, a dynamic and enterprising figure in the international fashion sector.
She has the perfect face and background to represent all Pesavento women: all those who love to express their emotions, and to convey their way of life to the world through the jewellery they choose to wear. Aldy is more than just an ambassador: she also has an immediate feeling for others. She said: “I love working with Chiara Carli because she is strong and determined, she knows what she wants and is not afraid to take risks. At the same time, she listens to others; she imposes a certain tempo on all the people who work with her, encouraging them to put their heart and soul into their work. It’s really exciting to work with her: I think she’s a very special person.”
Pesavento is Chiara, and Aldy, but it’s also all the women who choose our products. This is the real bond between women and our brand: a symbol of emancipation, independence and style. The women who join this family are like the thousand facets of a precious stone: “There is the creative or the cosmopolitan woman, the career woman, the mother, the sportswoman, the discreet woman or the sexy woman. We are all of these, and Pesavento jewellery is perfect for us, whichever woman we want to be.”
Our brand ambassador wore our jewellery at Pitti Immagine, and showed how versatile our creations are and how suited to any occasion, lighting up the early mornings and adding style to long summer nights. She wore our items at targeted events for designers and buyers, a special feature of this year’s edition. Highlights ranged from Nick Wooster capsules, to T-shirts with exclusive works of art by Andrea Maccarini, and to a closing performance by Lenny Kravitz. This international atmosphere helps set fashion trends for the coming months, and Pesavento jewellery was there, worn by the lovely Aldy.
