Among the participants during the Spanish edition of The Voice, the Italian-Brazilian singer shines on TV with Pesavento jewellery: “Because chasing one’s dreams is important in times of darkness”

One of the most beautiful singing voices on the international scene, expressing both elegance and talent: “I love to convey my femininity through my body and music”, said Daniela Pobega, among the competitors of the Spanish edition of The Voice. “I can fully appreciate the values of Pesavento because I am an independent woman and I’ve done everything in life under my own steam. I don’t believe in compromise. I have insecurities as an artist, like anyone else, but I have learnt to know my worth over the years and how to make the most of my talent and femininity”.
Brazilian by birth but from Trieste by adoption, she broke into Spanish TV “6 years after playing Nala in the Disney musical El Rey León (The Lion King). My heart was in my mouth when I went for a Blind Audition because I was the last one to appear in front of the coaches: there was Laura Pausini, Alejandro Sanz, Antonio Orozco and Pablo Lòpez, and only one place remaining. It was thrilling to see Laura Pausini and, although I cannot say too much yet, I will soon meet with Carlos Rivera, Laura’s assistant and “my” Simba in El Rey León”.

Daniela’s career has taken her from Italy to Spain and to the United Kingdom: “I’m versatile, I’ve worked in the field of musical theatre and was the Blue Fairy in Pinocchio by Pooh, and I starred in Jesus Christ Superstar, Flashdance, Ragtime, Peter Pan and Dirty Dancing. I started out in pop music and I’ve worked for some years with the gospel singer Cheryl Porter; I have also sung pop-rock and taken part in jazz festivals”.
Daniela holds musical masterclasses in schools and worked as vocal coach at Sanremo Young 2019. Singing, for her, is essential, even in dark times: “I practise every day. I like to sing the melodies I love and I try to combine the beauty of the lyrics with my taste and timbre, to add something extra to the song”.

For Daniela, her dream has come true: “One should always chase one’s dreams, however difficult it may seem. I have always lived for my dreams. These are times when it can seem hard to stay positive, but one should try to continue to dream with one’s eyes open and with faith in one’s heart. The important thing is to never stay still, but to always channel one’s energies”.
