At the Pesavento Next Ambassador event a few months ago, we presented Pesavento’s new ambassadors.
These five women were chosen to represent and promote the values of Pesavento.
They are also five people who have very different, genuine and original ways of sharing what they love on social media.
This article features Erica Zenati, a content creator and Food Blogger.
Read on and find out what we asked to learn more about her.

Interview with Erica Zenati
There’s no better way to get to know our ambassador than through her Instagram profile, which she updates with care and uses to tell her story.
In your photo gallery, we couldn’t help but notice a caption where you write that you love detail. What sort of detail is most important to you?
Detail is essential.
In the kitchen, the detail that’s most important to me is undoubtedly the quality of the products I use when cooking. I select all ingredients carefully, trying to use only ones that are in season and are locally sourced.
With regard to jewels, instead, I always look for both simplicity and originality. By that I mean jewels that are simple but never ordinary!
Looking at your photos we can see you love travelling. Tell us about the most delicious dishes you’ve tasted on your travels. What’s your favourite cuisine?
There’s no cuisine I prefer in particular. I like to cook at home every day, drawing inspiration from all culinary traditions. If I had to choose a dish I love, I would have to say Peruvian ceviche. I also adore Oriental-style duck.
You have more than 22 thousand followers on Instagram. Tell us why we should start following you.
Mine is a profile in the true sense of the word: I tell of my experiences and everything I love most in life, which I am happy to share with everyone who follows me. I try to express my vision of the world and talk about what I enjoy doing.
Let us talk now about the world of cooking, something you are most passionate about.
We’re curious to know what your speciality is. What recipe have you got down to a fine art and that you like to use to impress your guests?
Would you believe it but I don’t actually have a speciality!
I like to improvise in the kitchen, so I surprise my guests in a different way every time. I always try to do something based on their preferences.
You also love fashion and jewellery.
Cooking and jewellery are seemingly two very different worlds, what do they have in common?
Both are an expression of creativity.
For example, I manage to prepare delicious food using even just a few simple ingredients. In the same way, Pesavento starts with a shapeless material and succeeds in making it into original and valuable accessories that can bring out the beauty and allure of every woman.
If we were to ask you to combine Pesavento jewellery with a recipe, what would you say?
It would certainly be one fine recipe – fresh yet eye-catching! I would definitely choose a fish-based dish, like monkfish served with a purée of Jerusalem artichokes and caramelised baby plum tomatoes.
And now for that most obvious of questions: what is your favourite item of Pesavento jewellery? The one you feel you must have.
My favourite items are definitely the rings! Behind their simplicity lies a light that makes them shine constantly.
You are one of Pesavento’s five ambassadors. Tell us what it means for you to be a Pesavento ambassador.
I should first say that it is a great honour for me to be a Pesavento ambassador.
My mission is to give women the desire to be beautiful both inside and out, and to base their lives on genuine values. During this sensitive time that sees us affected by a global pandemic, we will undoubtedly reflect more on ourselves and our plans for the future.
Family, love and real human relations will help us to recover and get through this difficult time.
In conclusion, do you have a message you wish to share with the other women of Pesavento?
To all you wives, mothers and career women.
Always be true to yourselves!
There is a Pesavento jewel for every one of you.
