November 25th is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, celebrated all over the world. Years go by, the world evolves, but there is still discrimination that feeds gender inequalities and violence. Women must be free to be themselves<\/strong> and, likewise, men who love and respect women deserve to be appreciated.<\/p>\n

Chiara Carli is a strong believer in the affirmation of women<\/strong>, especially today, in 2019. \u201cWomen have great opportunities. There is a social sensitivity that moves women around the world without distinction of age, social class and religion. It is a sign of a great change in progress, because women<\/strong> are becoming aware of a real problem and are working to ensure that the value of the ‘feminine’ vision in the world is recognised<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pesavento jewels<\/strong> also have this aim: to enhance every aspect of femininity at all times. That’s why we choose raw materials of impeccable quality, combined with the highest technology and craftsmanship. \u201cBy making jewellery for women, we can do something more. With my work, I am proud to be able to give financial support to women’s associations<\/strong> that combat violence against women. And all the men and women who work at Pesavento agree with me. As an entrepreneur, I consider it a fine achievement.\u201d<\/p>\n

As a woman active in the forefront of female emancipation, we asked Chiara when she felt realized, empowered and proud of herself and her work. She replied “when I started to think ‘beyond jewels’, I started to look around myself with different eyes: at that moment everything changed. Social sensitivity and the commitment to change things made me feel like an accomplished woman, proud of myself<\/strong>. I was aware of the respect I thought I deserved as an entrepreneur and as a woman.\u201d<\/p>\n
